As a Sales Representative, you reach out proactively to existing customers to show them how our solutions can help them become more productive, mobile and collaborative. You'll maintain relationships with clients and work cross-functionally to devise solutions and support for clients.

Responsibilities:

-Using phone, email and chat - perform outbound calls to provide demand generation, responding to incoming customer inquiries regarding their business-needs for technical products.
-Over achieve targets by leading customers through a cycle.
-Comply with daily activity KPI and other quality requirements.
-Monitor customer feedback and translate customer needs into a better overall product experience

We offer:

-Full time and Long - term contract
-Salary: 18.000Euros gross/year to 22.000Euros gross/year 
-Free languages courses in Spanish and Catalan
-Relocation package (if you are living abroad)

Requirements

-Fluent English
-Native in Portuguese
-Sales experience with solid technical understanding 
-Strong problem solving skills.
-Insightful, can suggest and implement changes to improve individual and team processes, sales methodology and user experience.
-Master and maintain strong knowledge of market needs, competition and latest industry news and trends
